RETURN OF NEW PURCHASES
Realized that the colour or style may not suit you? We accept returns of all* undamaged and unworn goods! Simply email us (info@liz-b.com) within 7 days of receipt of the item, and mail the item back to us (My Mailbox 883811, Singapore 919191) within 14 days of delivery date for Singapore orders, or 28 days for international orders.
Upon receipt of the item, we will provide you with an exchange voucher which can be used for all online purchases. The voucher will be valid for a period of 6 months.
*Purchases of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED / WRONG ITEMS
We're extremely sorry for the mistake!
Please email us (info@liz-b.com) within 7 days and mail the item back to us (My Mailbox 883811, Singapore 919191) within 14 days of delivery date for Singapore orders, or 28 days for international orders.
We will replace the items as soon as possible. If a replacement is no longer available, an online voucher will be provided instead. The voucher will be valid for a period of 6 months.
